I enjoyed our stay here. Just a few miles from downtown riverfront. Breakfast was great and they had extra options many other HIE do not have. The girl who checked us in was so nice and made sure to check preferences when assigning our room. Even though I am really not that picky but appreciated it. I can’t remember her name though just her pretty red hair. Bed was comfy, hotel is clean, pool area is nice and clean- everything was great!
Staff was wonderful and the pool was clean, warm, and easy for kids to swim in. Breakfast was always hot and coffee machine was always availible. Will book again!
The beds are to soft didn't help my lower back at all was stoved up my whole trip but the rooms are decent, and the breakfast was good.

Very prompt and helpful service. Stayed for weekend trip with kids. The rooms are not the most recent renovation for a Holiday but they are all clean! Pullout sofa was clean (which is missed many places), stairwells were clean, pool and nice pool toys were well kept. The area has hard water which shows some in the shower but that cannot be helped. Breakfast was busy but the staff kept up very well. Easy access location, very short drive to downtown. Would stay again!
Overall the property isn’t bad. You can tell it’s a little older, but I felt like it was clean. The shower had some rust/hard water stains… it was clean but appeared dirty because of this… looks like they need to be refinished. Appears they are working on some items as far as upgrades. The pool was closed, but looking at it from the second floor, appears it’s being refinished. Overall a good experience, friendly employees. I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel and rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water.
